Square Counter-Flow Cooling Tower
The overall structure is solid and light. The main body and water
pan are made of reinforced fiberglass (F.R.P), which will not
corrode. The surface paint is added with UV inhibitors to resist
the damage of sunlight. The specially designed PVC water collector
(water stop) is used to prevent flying and splashing. The pressure
drop loss is slight, and the splash loss is less than 0.002%.
Product Features

Cooling tower motor
Waterproof motor, protection level up to IP55, motor shaft

Special fan for cooling tower
Made of aluminum alloy, with wide blades and wing hollow blades.

consumption. A scale is provided for manual adjustment of the fan
angle. With good high-strength wind, streamlined design, smooth air
flow.
Sprinkler
Design: Centrifugal DC nozzle is used, and the hollow phenomenon

pressure change range and has a better spraying effect. The
required pressure is low and it is economical to use. Production
process: Hot injection molding is adopted, which is not easy to
deform or clog, and is easy to clean: Features: The ABS sprinkler
head on the branch pipe has the advantages of providing uniform
water flow, low pump head, and not easy to clog. This design
ensures uniform water dispersion, high performance, and easy
installation and maintenance.
Reduction unit
Adopts belt drive, stable operation, and low noise. The upper and
lower covers of the belt box are designed to protect it from
external water vapor. FRP material, safe operation, easy operation
and maintenance. High-grade imported belts are used to ensure the
strength and life of use.
Shell
The outer wave plate and water tray of the tower body are made of
fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP). FRP uses water-resistant resin
and alkali-free glass fiber felt, which has good wettability, high
glue content, high strength, high surface finish, and is not easy
to fade, anti-aging, anti-ultraviolet, and beautiful appearance.
The air inlet is equipped with a downwind plate, which is extruded
and drawn out of high-grade PVC, engineering plastics, and
anti-ultraviolet agents. It is dense and durable, rectifies the
incoming air, and has a water-blocking function.
Filler
High-grade PVC raw materials are vacuum-formed, and the sheet
thickness is uniform, and the strength and toughness are high. The
opaque, UV-resistant material is used, combined with the "Liang Yi"
patented corrugated design, to obtain a larger heat exchange area
and better airflow through the space. The corrugation of the sheet
and the distance between the sheets are obtained through strict
calculation and multiple tests, and the heat dissipation
coefficient is high.
